Windows users should download the Windows Video and Windows Audio files. Other users may find the Quicktime files to be more suitable.

Before downloading the video files we strongly recommend that you choose the version that not only matches your operating system, but also your internet connection. Broadband and ISDN users can download the high quality files with ease. However for those on dial up connections we would recommend that you download the low resolution version.
